I represent that I have the authority to use MSAT on behalf of my law enforcement agency, and that my agency is a law enforcement agency for a federal, state, local, or tribal jurisdiction in the USA. I will use MSAT for the sole purpose of conducting authorized investigations and I accept and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use . I acknowledge that any unauthorized use of MSAT will result in termination of my user account, and may result in disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal actions against me.

Consent to Monitor

This is computer system is for the exclusive use of law enforcement officers or their direct support agents in the USA. This system is intended to be use by authorized MSAT users for conducting law enforcement operations. This computer system is using anti-virus and anti-spyware software with the latest definitions and updates. The operating system and Internet Browser for this computer system are protected with the latest security patches. This system may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring that its use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. Monitoring includes active attacks by authorized government entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. All information in this system may be monitored. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal actions.

Unauthorized attempts or acts to either (1) access, upload, change or delete information on this system, (2) modify this system, (3) deny access to this system, or (4) accrue resources for unauthorized use on this system are strictly prohibited. Such attempts or acts are subject to action that may result in criminal, civil, or administrative penalties.
